My path toward healing and spirituality began during one of the most profound challenges of my life, the loss of my husband, Adam Guerrero. In the depths of grief, I searched for peace, healing, and a way to feel whole again. That search led me to Reiki, a practice that not only helped me heal but also opened the door to a deeper journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth.

That journey taught me that healing is about more than the physical, it's about reconnecting with ourselves and remembering that even in our darkest moments, there is always light within us waiting to shine.

Spiritual Essence was born from that journey and from a desire to create the kind of space I once needed myself. Through Reiki, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, Kundalini yoga, and other mindful practices, my hope is to help you reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and remember that the light you seek has been within you all along.
